Event Description

The benefits of proper form and technique when it comes to yoga and gymnastics are endless across all ages. Join us as we learn basic flows, poses, and skills all while improving our stretching, balance, coordination and breathwork. Yoga and gymnastics are two powerhouses when it comes to body movements that have a positive impact on cognitive brain function! Kidokinetics Sport is a 8 week session includes 1 t-shirt per year & snacks every class.
